THE SITE PHILOSOPHY

This site was created to encourage the development of the 3-D area-based Wargame. For this reason, all the products involved, which can be bought or downloaded free-of-charge, as well as links to sites of enthusiasts or competitors, have been selected to carry forward the principle of the 3-D area-based wargame. With this site we hope to offer something more than a simple commercial site, but to create a place from which to observe the development of this "new" approach to the wargame, exchange ideas and supply all the materials useful and necessary to create and play the 3-D area-based Wargame.


PRODUCTS

The products commercialised by us are made by various producers. Each producer is responsible for the quality of his products and is also the proprietor of his marks and copyrights.
Due to their intrinsic characteristics and the manual skills required to use them, these products are not recommended for children under 14 years of age. Some of the products we distribute are artisan made, and for this reason, they may have some small imperfections with respect to the figures present on this site. Although these imperfections will be minimised as much as possible, remember that it is these very characteristics that make these products unique.


ORDERS

To place an order, take the following steps:
  • Send to the e-mail address: sale@tridentebologna.it a list of the goods you require, specifying the following for each article:
    • Code
    • Description
    • Quantity
    Furthermore, send the full address, first name and surname of the person to whom the goods should be sent.
  • When we receive the E-mail message, we will calculate the cost of the ordered material, adding the shipment costs, which will be charged to the buyer. If part of the material is not in stock, we will inform you beforehand of the estimated waiting time of the supply.
  • The list of material and the amount to pay will be re-sent to the sender for your verification.
  • When you receive the list, please confirm the order to us by notifying the following E-mail address: sale@tridentebologna.it.

PAYMENT METHODS

The order may be paid through the PayPal service or by cash when the material is delivered. Payment through PayPal must be made before the goods are shipped and the following e-mail address must be used:

CURRENCY

All the prices in this site are in Euro. Due to conversion of currency, the prices may vary without prior notice.


DELIVERY TIME

The order will be delivered in a maximum of about two days, after payment is received if the PayPal service is used, or immediately after receipt of the order confirmation, if paying cash on delivery. If part of the material is not in stock, we will inform you beforehand of the estimated waiting time of the supply. The shipment tracing code will be sent to the E-mail address given by you. Unfortunately, the time taken by the postal services to deliver to the sender is beyond our control…


SHIPPING SYSTEMS

All shipments will be effected through the services offered by the Italian Postal system. Methods alternative to this system must be agreed beforehand and, for this reason, please contact us beforehand at this E-mail address: sale@tridentebologna.it


RETURNS

Accepting returns is not part of our policy, unless the goods are effectively faulty or a shipment error took place. However, every return must first be agreed by the parties.
